No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide messaging services you have requested or as required by law.
Information shared in coaching is treated with care and respect. However, coaching confidentiality is not the same as legal privilege, medical privilege, clergy privilege, or therapist-client privilege.
Confidentiality and its limits are described in the applicable coaching agreement. This may include limited disclosure when required or permitted by law, when there is a safety concern, when responding to legal process, when needed for business or administrative purposes, or when consulting internally or professionally to support the coaching process.
RJ Whaley and Melissa Whaley may share relevant information internally for consultation, coordination, supervision, and support of the coaching process because they are acting on behalf of the same Company.
We do not sell, rent, or trade client information for money.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our own systems.

We will not use your name, likeness, testimonial, identifying details, or personal story for marketing without your permission.
If you choose to provide a testimonial, we may edit it for length, clarity, grammar, or confidentiality, but we will not intentionally change the meaning of your words. A separate written release may be required before we use a testimonial, story, photo, video, audio recording, or other media in marketing.
If RJ Whaley, Melissa Whaley, or another coach acting on behalf of The Trailblazing Life LLC uses coaching hours for International Coaching Federation credentialing or renewal, we may maintain limited information needed to verify the coaching relationship. This may include your name, contact information, start and end dates of the coaching relationship, number of coaching hours, and whether the hours were paid or pro bono.
This information is used only for credentialing, renewal, audit, professional recordkeeping, or related verification purposes. We do not share coaching details, session content, or personal stories with ICF as part of a client log unless you give separate written permission or disclosure is otherwise required by law.
If a session recording or transcript is ever needed for credentialing, we will request separate written consent before recording or sharing it.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal, tax, accounting, or professional obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
